Service Description

Evidence-based , standardized, formal and informal assessments and observations are given prior to treatment to assess areas of need. Client-centered goals will be developed by both the client and the therapist. A written report will be provided within 5 days from the last assessment. Reports will contain scores from assessments, functional interpretation of results and proposed goals with timelines.
